Call 289-478-5221 and our staff will gladly arrange an appointment for you to come in for a visit with your healthcare provider.
Appropriate booking
Our staff are here to help you get the most out of your appointment, when asking for the reason for the appointment, please be honest, this helps staff book you the right amount of time to be seen.
Limit your party
We ask that you limit the number of guests at in-person appointments and use the washroom in advance, whenever possible.
Arrival Time
Our office does it’s absolute best to run on time so we ask that you please arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment to get through registration.
Limit your problem list
Our physicians do their best to take care of our patients fully. In order to do so we ask that you keep your visit to 1 issue or 2 at most. If you need to see us more often, that’s okay.
